For this college student, the situation was life or death. The next few hours would ultimately decide their future and the very fate of the world as they know it. The pace would be grueling and frenetic, but in order to meet such a challenge, nothing less was acceptable. With headphones firmly in place, and knuckles systematically popped, they hit the play button and “Rise and Shine” by Deorro began to thrum through the speakers and bounce to the bass line.
